Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW) to provide to individual, couples and family counseling in the community (home and office visits). IMMEDIATE NEED - LCSW with medicare credentials

· Familiarity with private practice setting

· Full-time Independent Contractor Positions

· Part-time Independent Contractor Positions

· Nights and weekend availability strongly preferred.

This is an independent contractor position, and does not include insurance benefits or paid time off.

Job Duties: Provide counseling/therapy services.

· Complete intake assessments

· Write treatment plans

· Documentation of therapy sessions using client management system

· Attend monthly meetings

· Other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

2 year experience, preferred
Medicare credentials, preferred
Must pass background check
Must be a Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW)
3 reference names and contact information
Cover letter that includes any conflicts of interest (i.e. other companies that you may work for)
Provides clinically relevant therapy and appropriate documentation.

Competitive contract reimbursement rate based on percentage of contracted rate (you will be paid 2x/month)
